Shipping Policy
At SmartVibe, all orders are shipped directly from our supplier network, which allows us to keep prices low and offer a wide product range without a physical warehouse. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from order confirmation

Shipping is free on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, standard shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships, where available from the courier. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
Return & Exchange Policy
We're currently finalizing our formal return and exchange policy. In the meantime, if there's an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or anything else — please get in touch through our Contact Us page and we'll review your case individually.
